Association Information
The Association pays for all common area expenses. Each unit owner is responsible for their own utilities. Assessment may be paid monthly, quarterly or yearly. New owners are required to submit an application for approval prior to purchasing with a fee of $ 90.00 made payable to the La Fortuna Condominium Association. It is the responsibly of owner to review all documents relating to La Fortuna. These documents are available on the internet public records or can be purchased for $50.00 from the association.
