Located in the Volcán Arenal National Park, La Fortuna Waterfall is a 210-hectare biológica reserve, where the nascent of our mountains and the Fortuna River originate from. An abundance of plant life and breathtaking views can be found atop the three peaks in this area, which are supported by rocky foundations of significant geophysical importance.
The Waterfall, which sits 70 meters above the earth, requires guests to walk roughly 530 stairs, which they are given the best level of safety and comfortable resting spots, through a local forest full of native plants. Finally, guests can relax in the Fortuna River’s crystal-clear waters with a unique and ephemeral witness of their waterfall experience.
